Alpha Sigma Pi Fraternity aspires to cultivate a legacy of excellence by empowering a brotherhood to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and foster enduring fellowship. Guided by our core values and principles, we envision a unified community where each member contributes meaningfully to the advancement of the Deaf Ecosystem and the enduring strength of Gallaudet University.
Our Mission
The purpose of this solemn fraternity, Alpha Sigma Pi, is to provide a space for our members to learn, lead, and serve within the Deaf Ecosystem through the guiding principles of leadership, fellowship, and philanthropy. By affirming these values, we demonstrate our love and commitment to the university community. We believe that our four core criteria are essential to achieving this purpose.

Leadership is the skill of guiding others toward a shared goal. We believe strong leadership empowers individuals to make meaningful change within their communities.
Being part of this organization offers opportunities to build a strong support system with fellow members at Gallaudet University. Through fellowship, we learn to respect, appreciate, and uplift one another.
We are deeply committed to giving back to our community, especially the Deaf Ecosystem and other meaningful causes. Through our fraternal activities, we dedicate time to fundraising, volunteering, and organizing educational workshops. We also engage in teaching and mentoring others, sharing knowledge and skills that strengthen and empower our community.
